Anna Fredrikke Bjerke is a London-based writer-director from Oslo, Norway. She is currently in post-production on her debut feature film, Let It Come Down, produced by Backscatter Productions. Her short films have screened at BAFTA and Oscar-qualifying festivals worldwide, earning a Vimeo Staff Pick and a Best of the Year award, along with praise from Short of the Week, Directors Notes, and others. She has participated in talent development programmes including Directors UK Inspire and Abi Morgan’s Little Chick Writers’ Retreat. Her feature writing has been shortlisted for the BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing Competition. Anna is a member of BAFTA Connect and Directors UK. She holds a BA from Central Saint Martins and an MA from New York University.
