Anna Fredrikke Bjerke is a Norwegian writer/director based in London. She is currently in post-production on her debut feature, Let It Come Down, produced by Backscatter Productions and Constance Media, with Average Plus Productions co-producing. Her short films have screened internationally at Academy Awards and BAFTA-qualifying festivals, earning a Vimeo Staff Pick and a Vimeo Best of the Year award, among others. She is an alumna of the Directors UK Inspire talent development programme, the Torino Film Lab, and Abi Morgan’s inaugural Little Chick Emerging Writers Scheme. Her feature writing has been shortlisted for the BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing Competition, and she has written for Netflix. Anna is a member of BAFTA Connect and Directors UK. She holds a BA from Central Saint Martins and an MA from New York University.
